Korean Language

Korean (한국어/조선말) is national and official language both in North and South Korea with slight difference forms. Historical and academic studies are still ongoing to discover if Korean is an isolate language or belongs to a small language family. In the 15th Century, King Sejong formed this alphabet called Hangul, and it is still used in the Korean language. Nevertheless, people use Latin alphabet in some places for assisting foreigners to understand better. Korean is not written linearly but vertically into blocks and each of these blocks represent a syllable.
