BMP Format

BMP is the bitmap image format that developed by Microsoft to store Bitmap files. Unlike the others, it does not use compression method. Bitmap files store two-dimensional digital images as color with the different level color depths which is specified by pixels and as monochrome in a format called as “device-independent Bitmap (DIB) “, this allows Windows to display in every device as it understood from the name. All BMP files have RGB data inside of it. RGB represents red, green and blue and it has been used to display images in the electronic systems in various ways.
